  • We are seeking a Senior Sustainability & Climate Data Manager to join our growing team of sustainability and climate experts. This role is instrumental in conducting technical analysis of greenhouse gas emissions and identifying effective climate solutions at scale for large corporate clients around the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of sustainability issues at a global scale with some of the most innovative and influential companies on the planet.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Lead technical and data analysis efforts across various industry sectors to provide actionable insights that drive impact for our clients

    + Support team members in the delivery of sustainability consulting services throughout the globe for Fortune 500 clients

    + Perform accounting, data analysis, and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions and other key sustainability metrics across various sectors

    + Develop and deliver sustainability advisory services, including decarbonization plans, ESG reporting, and sustainability program management

    + Create and edit communication decks, technical reports and other client deliverables

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or a related field

    + 5 plus years of experience in Data Analysis and Climate

    + Deep experience with GHG protocol reporting methodologies and assurance processes

    + Experience with Reporting Frameworks and Standards such as CSRD, GRI, CDP, SBTi and TCFD

    + Strong Analytical Skills with Proficiency in Data Visualization tools including experience with software like Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to present data effectively

    + High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

    + Excellent communications skills including the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences visually, verbally & in written form

    + Deep understanding in environmental impacts of buildings, business operations, and supply chains

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Advanced degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, environmental science, sustainability, or a related field

    + Programming skills including knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis

    + Strong understanding of AI tools to organize, analyze, and communicate large data sets

    + Experience with sustainability certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL, LBC or similar

    COMPENSATION:

    + Salary range $90,000 - $160,000 commensurate with level of experience and abilities

The Senior Sustainability Program Manager will be responsible for leading sustainability consulting projects for our clients and helping them to identify, assess and address their environmental and social impacts. This person will be a key member of our consulting team, and will be responsible for managing projects, and delivering high-quality, actionable programs to clients.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    +Lead the delivery of sustainability consulting projects throughout the globe for Fortune 500 clients.

    +Conduct sustainability assessments, including life cycle assessment (LCA), carbon footprint analysis and triple bottom line analysis.

    +Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    +Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, or a related field.

    +Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in sustainability consulting, with a focus on environmental and social impacts.

    +Exceptional visual, verbal & written communication skills.

    +Ability to effectively communicate with an array of stakeholders & corporate leadership partners using decks.

    +Experience with sustainability assessments and reporting tools such as GHG Protocol and Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).

    +Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead multiple projects and work independently.

    +Experience leading and managing project teams.

    +Experience with business development, including proposal writing and client management.

    +Strong Understanding of environmental and social impacts of business operations and supply chain.

    +Experience with sustainability certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL, LBC or similar

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    +Advanced degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, or a related field

    +Experience in particular sectors such as buildings and technology
