RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the delivery of sustainability and circularity consulting projects globally for Fortune 500 and high-growth clients.
Develop and implement sustainability strategies, including greenhouse gas reduction plans, circular economy and material optimization strategies, sustainability reporting, and ESG programs.
Conduct sustainability and circularity assessments, including life cycle assessment (LCA), carbon footprinting, material flows analysis, and triple bottom line analysis.
Translate complex technical analyses into clear, compelling communication decks, technical reports, and executive-ready client deliverables.
Partner with clients to define project scope, timelines, and budgets, taking ownership and accountability for high-quality outcomes.
Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Support business development efforts, including, thought leadership, and client relationship management.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, approaching every interaction with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging sustainability and circularity issues, integrating new insights into client work.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience in sustainability with demonstrated leadership across environmental and social impact initiatives.
Hands-on experience with sustainability and circularity frameworks, including GHG Protocol, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and value-chain or material circularity approaches.
Strong experience integrating circular economy principles, including material efficiency, reuse, recycling, and product or system-level circularity strategies across business operations and supply chains.
Exceptional visual, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage executive-level audiences through clear, well-designed story telling.
Comfort working with data-driven tools and analytics to support insight generation and decision-making.
Proven project management skills, including the ability to lead multiple complex engagements and teams independently.
Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience leading, mentoring, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting business development and client engagement efforts.
A high bar for quality, integrity, and follow-through—doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in multiple sectors such as data centers, materials, consumer products, or complex global supply chains.
Experience with sustainability reporting and disclosure programs such as CSRD, CDP and advanced GHG accounting.
Experience leading sustainability and strategy workshops with senior stakeholders.
Working knowledge of SQL or similar data-querying languages, with the ability to analyze, validate, or structure large sustainability and emissions datasets in collaboration with data teams.
Experience leading LEED, WELL and/or LBC certification systems across various building typologies.
Experience driving environmental sustainability initiatives within Data Centers.

The Sustainability Program Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and analyzing data related to the environmental and social impacts of our client’s operations and supply chain, and for coordinating the strategies to reduce these impacts. The role is available as a remote position based anywhere in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the delivery of sustainability and circularity consulting projects globally for Fortune 500 and high-growth clients.
Conduct sustainability assessments and analyses of corporate client’s operations and supply chain, including greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, waste management, and energy efficiency.
Communicate the results of sustainability assessments and initiatives to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in environmental sustainability, and provide recommendations on how clients can mitigate their impacts on the climate.
Continuously measure and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives.
Support sustainability reporting frameworks, such as the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), United Nations Race To Zero, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), etc.
Contribute to program coordination and project deliverables including presentations and reports, managing sub-tasks to assist the team in tracking project deliverables and schedules.
Develop charts, graphics, and other digital illustrations of sustainability concepts to visualize strategies for client presentations and other external needs.
Conduct research into a variety of sustainability, decarbonization, resilience, and equity topics (e.g., embodied carbon, alternative refrigerants, energy metering, technology, funding/financing/incentives, sustainability and/or resilience policy, and social equity).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into business decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of experience working in a sustainability-related role, ideally consulting
Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and interpretation
Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners including the use of visually compelling storytelling
Proficient in use of software like MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, interactive Adobe PDFs
Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead multiple projects and work independently
Demonstrated foundational understanding of concepts related to sustainability, circularity, operational/embodied carbon, climate change, resilience, lifecycle costs, distributed energy resources, social equity, and environmental justice issues
Understanding of environmental and social impacts of business operations and supply chains
Experience managing sustainability frameworks such as LEED, WELL, Fitwel, Living Building Challenge, etc.

OVERVIEW
We are seeking an independent contractor Marketing Content Coordinator to support our growing brand presence and inbound lead generation—primarily through high-quality, engaging LinkedIn content. This role is ideal for a marketing professional or freelance social content marketer who is comfortable owning recurring content workflows, tracking performance, and translating sustainability and climate topics into compelling narratives.
In this role, you will work closely with our sustainability consultant and leadership teams to ensure our core values, thought leadership, insights, and point of view are consistently represented in the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Write and publish engaging LinkedIn posts (short-form thought leadership, insights, announcements, and campaign content)
Draft supporting marketing content such as blog posts, newsletters, website copy, and case study summaries
Translate technical sustainability and climate concepts into clear, accessible messaging for business audiences
Own and manage a LinkedIn content calendar, including post planning and scheduling
Monitor and report on performance metrics (engagement, impressions, follower growth, clicks, leads where applicable)
Test different post formats, cadences, and messaging approaches to improve reach and engagement
Support lead-generation objectives by aligning content with business development priorities
Maintain an organized content calendar and asset library
Coordinate content inputs from internal subject-matter experts
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across channels

QUALIFICATIONS
