The Management Consultancy Built to Unf*#! the Planet

Our Mission

We empower the world’s leading organizations to deliver climate solutions at speed and scale through data science, strategy, and execution. We work diligently with our clients to create an environmentally regenerative and socially equitable world by transforming ambitious ideas into measurable impact.

We work closely with sustainability leaders within Fortune 500 companies to identify, address, and reverse the environmental impacts of their operations and supply chains.

As a company dedicated to driving systemic change, we align with science-based targets, focus on decarbonization, and embrace principles of regeneration and resilience.

Our namesake is based on the most prolific pollinator in the forests of Patagonia, the firecrown hummingbird. This keystone species nurtures a critical relationship with its surrounding flora and fauna, championing a healthy ecosystem of sustained abundance that, without its presence, would ultimately collapse. It has an immeasurable impact on the world around it during its relatively short lifespan, reminding us that we must act quickly to solve the world’s most pressing issues.

This colorful hummingbird inspired us to create a keystone company vital to the success and resilience of our corporate sustainability partners.

Our next 10 years are dedicated to empowering sustainability leaders at the world’s most iconic brands with the expertise required to achieve ambitious climate goals across their real estate and truly move the needle on solving our planet’s environmental challenges.

Our Story

Our Approach

Our “Think. Do. Scale.” approach helps guide corporate sustainability leaders through identifying their climate goals, implementing their sustainability programs, and scaling their impact globally.

Our Values

  • We do the right thing even when no one’s looking. It’s about being honest, transparent, and taking ownership—because our reputations are built on trust.

  • We’re not mind readers, but we do our best to tune in to the perspectives and feelings of our colleagues, clients, and communities. We approach our work and relationships with respect, kindness, and compassion, recognizing the value and interconnectedness of all beings.

  • Good enough is never good enough. We keep raising the bar, pushing our limits, and aiming for brilliance. We also know we can’t be our best or do our life’s best work without taking time to recharge, celebrate the wins, and immerse ourselves in the human experience.

  • We see roadblocks as giant puzzles waiting to be solved. We roll up our sleeves, brainstorm like there’s no tomorrow, and turn headaches into breakthroughs.

  • We’re big fans of the saying, “teamwork makes the dream work.” Everyone gets a seat at our table, and we actually want you to bring your ideas.

  • When the going gets tough, we channel our inner marathon runner. We keep moving forward—rain or shine—and sometimes whistle a motivational tune demonstrating resilience, dedication, and a willingness to always go the extra mile.

  • We take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. A splash of humor and a dash of fun keep us energized, creative, and ready to tackle whatever comes our way.
